Azienda agricola ed olivicola "Ca' Scarani"
The land surrounding the Villa includes an organic farm and 1000 olive trees, which since 2004 produce an extra-virgin olive oil from organic agriculture, I.C.E.A. certified.

Vegetables follow the seasons, with the utmost respect for biodiversity and the peculiar microclimate of the Colli bolognesi.

free at the domicile of the customer is available.
The extra virgin olive oil has extraordinary organoleptic and biochemical properties: the analyses carried out by A.R.P.O. (Associazione Regionale Produttori Olivicoli dell'Emilia-Romagna) confirms the pleasing taste and olfactory sensations tried tasting the oil:
