Montanari Palace: an historical location in the city center of Bologna

Montanari Palace was built at the beginning of the XVI century by the noble senatorial family Aldrovandi.
Finished in 1752 along the lines that characterize it now, thanks to the architect Alfonso Torreggiani was then equipped with the beautiful facade and other elements that make it unique in Bologna: the staircase, the rooms on the main floor and the two galleries.
The frescoes and painted decorations are by Vittorio Bigari and Stefano Orlandi.
Following the acquisition in 1860 by the Montanari family, the palace has been consistently maintained and preserved in its integrity and beauty, enabling us today to have an exclusive location, in the heart of Bologna's city centre, suitable for any type of high class event.
The building, with its capacity and optimal functionality, can satisfy the most demanding customers.
The prestigious palace is located in via Galliera n. 8 (Bologna).
